The ADTA 61st Annual Conference will be held at the Hilton Long Beach hotel located in the in downtown Long Beach, district. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, entertainment venues and close proximity to the beach. A block of sleeping rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Long Beach for the discounted rates below:

All room rates are subject to tax, which is currently 16.4% per night. Tax rates are subject to change and will be the rate in effect at the time of the stay.
Reservation cut-off is Monday, October 12, 2026. This does not guarantee that rooms will be available through that date. You are encouraged to make your reservation early.

Any attendee wishing special consideration for early or late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of check-in or departure. Should the Hotel allow for early check-in or late check-out a half-day rate may be imposed.
Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies or services other than the ADTA, Capitol Hill Management Services, or the Hilton Long Beach that imply or claim an affiliation with the ADTA 2026 Annual Conference. There are several scam organizations trying to sell discounted hotel rooms or conference attendee lists. These companies look authentic and may use the organization or conference logo. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the ADTA, CHMS, or the Hilton. Hotel reservations made through any other agency will be at your own risk. If you are contacted by a company attempting to sell hotel rooms or conference attendee lists, please notify the ADTA at [email protected].
LOOKING FOR A ROOMMATE?
ADTA is assisting conference attendees with a roommate search. How does it work?
- Contact the ADTA office once you have confirmed your registration at [email protected].
- The office will email you a link to a form to complete and/or review for roommate options.
- ADTA does not make matches and does not make hotel reservations — if you find someone on the sheet you’d like to room with, please contact them directly and make arrangements.
- Once you’ve found a match and made arrangements, contact the ADTA office ([email protected]) to remove your names from the list.
Getting There
There are three airports for your convenience. The Hilton Long Beach does not offer a hotel shuttle.
1. Long Beach Airport (LGB) – Closest and most convenient.
- Distance: 8–10 miles
- Travel time: Approximately 15 minutes by car depending on the time of day.
- Taxi cost: $20–$25 each way
2. Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
- Distance: 22–23 miles
- Travel time: Approximately 30–45 minutes by car depending on the time of day.
- Taxi cost: ~$50–$85 each way.
3. John Wayne Airport (SNA)
- Distance: 23–25 miles
- Travel time: 35–40 minutes by car depending on the time of day.
- Taxi cost: ~$40–$60 each way

FRIENDLY TRAVEL REMINDER
✈️ As you prepare for your upcoming trip to attend the conference, please remember that TSA now requires a REAL ID (or another acceptable form of identification) for domestic air travel. Be sure to check your driver's license or ID card — if it has a star in the upper right corner, you're good to go! If you don’t yet have a REAL ID, please bring a valid passport or another federally approved form of identification.
Hotel Policies
- Smoke Free – A fee of up to $300 will be assessed for smoking in a non-smoking room. Please ask the Front Desk for locations of designated outdoor smoking areas.
- Pet Policy – A non-refundable fee of $75.00 will be assessed. The maximum weight for a pet is 75 lbs.
