
Conference Scholarships
2026 Mildred Hill and Pei-Fen Chin Award/MDC Scholarship Application
- Who is eligible? Students enrolled in an ADTA-approved Master's program or within the first two years following earning the R-DMT (based on successful completion of an ADTA-approved Master's or Alternate Route program). A member of a group or groups that have been historically underprivileged or underrepresented in the ADTA community because of one or more of the following personal identity dimensions: race, ethnicity, national origin, economic class, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religious or spiritual affiliation or disability factors.
- What is the purpose of the scholarship? The Mildred Hill and Pei-Fen Chin Award is designated to ensure that the recipient addresses their multicultural and/or diverse personal identity factors and funding needs.
- What is the amount of the scholarship? The scholarship is for a $1,250 to be spent toward conference registration, travel, and accommodations.
- When to apply? Apply by July 15th, 2026 by 11:59 pm EDT.
- This year’s award recipient will be announced August 17, 2026.
ADTA 2026 Conference Scholarship Information
- Who is eligible? ADTA members in good standing. All categories of membership are eligible to apply.
- What is the purpose of the scholarship? The scholarship is intended for members in need of financial assistance in order to attend this year’s in person conference in Long Beach, CA.
- What is the amount of the scholarship? The scholarship covers complimentary conference registration. All other costs associated with the conference (transportation, lodging, etc.) is the responsibility of the recipient.
- When to apply? Apply by July 27, 2026 by 11:59 pm EDT.
- This year’s award recipient will be announced the week of August 17, 2026.
