REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Advanced Registration is now closed.
Onsite Registration is available beginning Wednesday, November 5th at 12:00 pm EST.

You asked. We listened. And now... we're integrating attendee insights into an adaptive, co-created experience.
This year, outside of Thursday’s intensives, you’ll get to choose your workshops on the day of. That’s right - no more pre-selecting, second-guessing, or time-traveling to remember what you signed up for. Whether it’s a spontaneous spark, a cancellation reroute, or a pure change of heart, we’re giving you the freedom to follow your curiosity.

Why this change?
In the past, CE credits were tangled in pre-registration webs. Missed selections meant missed credits. But now, our superhero CE Manager, Molly Berrios, will track workshop attendance in real time to make sure your CE credits find their rightful home.

Perks Galore for You:
  • Register on-site with ease
  • Wander into workshops that light you up
  • Pivot gracefully if a session gets canceled - and still get your CE credits
What if a workshop fills up?
Presenters have set their attendee caps, and we've matched popular sessions with spacious rooms. We’ve planned for high turnouts with room to move and groove!

Other Adaptive Shifts:
  • The opening ceremony sets the stage before we dive into plenaries and workshops.
  • No more early business meetings - this year, the Business Breakfast becomes a Business Lunch!
  • We’ll celebrate our award recipients during this midday gathering.
  • The welcoming ceremony for new R-DMTs and BC-DMTs will take place just before our legendary banquet dance party.
  • And the momentum continues with a Sunday plenary to round out the conference experience.

Rooted in a growth-oriented ethos shaped by participant feedback, we’ve drawn inspiration from kindred gatherings - NDEO among them - where flexibility sparks curiosity and connection. Join us ready for a conference rich with serendipitous learning and shared joy.

Note that ADTA is not requiring that registrants pre-select the session programming that they plan to attend. Instead, registrants will only select their Intensives.
Please review the Full Conference Schedule before making choices in the registration form.

ADTA 60 Conference Sliding Scale Program

The ADTA has been looking at ways our association can provide our membership a more affordable experience. We are happy to provide a Conference fee sliding scale again this year. We would like to provide ADTA members the opportunity to cut the total cost of their Conference fee based on how much they can afford to pay. The Sliding Scale applies to current ADTA members except student members. (Student members already have a significantly discounted registration rate.) There is limited availability. Access to Sliding Scale is on a first come, first served basis. You will be able to choose a sliding scale option later in the registration form.
