Dance/Movement Therapy: Before, Between, Beyond WordsADTA’s Annual Conference Committee encourages the dance/movement therapy community to explore how our work has been inspired by culture and expression, transformed by science and psychology, and propelled by visions of progress and change. We are being called to reflect, be mindful, and intentionally move forward as professionals, an organization, and as humans in service during this important, transformational time in human history. If you are interested in submitting your presentation ideas for consideration in this year’s conference, take a moment to reflect on what the past, present, and future of dance/movement therapy means or looks like to you. In order to be considered for a workshop, potential presenters must submit a proposal through the ADTA 58 online form. Accepted proposals will provide an opportunity to present your work this November in Denver, Colorado. ADTA 58 will be an exceptional opportunity to share your professional work, reflections, and experiences on these sacred, beautiful lands, where the Great Plains meet the Rocky Mountains on November 9-12, 2023. ADTA Annual Conference Committee acknowledges the unceded lands of Cheyenne, Arapaho, and the Ute peoples, indigenous to South Denver. 2022-2023 Conference CommitteeADTA Committee MembersDr. Marica B.
